It is on our logo, so it is fair to ask what it means on a roof.
It means we tell you when a restoration is the wrong answer, even though a restoration is what we would rather sell. It means the cleaning and the fastener work happen whether or not anyone would ever climb up to check. It means the price on the proposal is the price, and a change gets a change order before the work, not a line on the invoice after.
How we work
Every job starts with somebody on the roof. We look at the deck, the seams, the fasteners, the drainage and the penetrations, and then we say what the roof needs — which is sometimes less than you were expecting and occasionally more.
You get a written proposal with the system named and the scope listed step by step, so you can see exactly what is being installed and compare it honestly against anyone else’s number. Work beyond that scope is approved by you in writing before it happens.
