Why a shingle crew is the wrong fit
Shingles shed water down a slope. A low-slope roof has to hold water out, which takes a sealed surface rather than overlapping pieces. Different materials, different tools, different places to go wrong.
There are not many of these houses around Wichita and Hutchinson compared with further south, so it is not work every roofer keeps a crew trained for. We do.
What we work on
- Single-ply membrane roofs — TPO and PVC
- Black EPDM rubber, including replacing it with a white reflective system
- Built-up and gravel roofs
- Seamless coating systems, where the existing roof is sound enough to keep
- Spray foam systems, which add insulation as well as a seal
Which one you need
That depends on what is up there now, what shape it is in, and whether the deck below it is dry. We look before we quote.
