What this site is
A description of the roofing Kramer Roofing does, so you can decide whether to call us. Nothing on it is a quote, an estimate, a contract, or an offer to do work at a price. A roof cannot be priced from a website — prices, scope and schedule come from an inspection of your building and appear in a written proposal.
What the site says about roofs
The site describes how these systems generally work and what we generally do. Your roof is not general. What is right for it depends on its deck, its slope, its drainage, its condition and its age, and only an inspection settles that. Treat what is written here as an explanation, not as advice about your building.
Where the actual terms live
In your proposal. Warranty terms, scope, price, payment and schedule are all set out there, and that is the document that binds either of us. If this page and your signed proposal ever disagree, the proposal wins.
The quote form
The form is JobTread’s, and what you send through it goes to JobTread rather than to this website. The privacy policy explains that in full. Send us accurate information; we quote from what you tell us and what we find on site.

Product and manufacturer names on this site belong to the companies that own them and are used to say what we install. Kramer Roofing does not claim to be certified, authorised or approved by any manufacturer named here.
