This policy describes what this website does with information about the people who visit it. It covers the website only. It is not a description of what Kramer Roofing does with what you tell us on the phone, by email, or standing on your roof.
The short version
This is a static website. It has no accounts and no logins, it has no database, and it runs no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind. Its own pages set no cookies.
Two things are worth reading properly rather than skimming: the one thing the site keeps on your device, and the quote form, which belongs to somebody else.
What the site keeps on your device
One value, and only if you close the inspection reminder that appears on most pages. The site notes in your browser’s local storage that you closed it, so that it does not put the same reminder in front of you again.
That value records nothing but the fact that you dismissed it. It is not an identifier, it is not sent anywhere, and clearing this site’s data in your browser removes it.
The quote form belongs to JobTread
The quote form on the home page and on the contact page is not ours. It is provided by JobTread, the software Kramer Roofing uses to manage its work, and it is displayed inside a frame on those two pages.
Two things follow from that, and both are worth knowing:
- The frame loads with the page, not when you start typing. From the moment either of those pages opens, your browser is connected to JobTread’s servers, so JobTread can see your IP address and may set its own cookies. That happens under JobTread’s privacy policy, not this one.
- What you type goes to JobTread, not to this website. Your name, your contact details and whatever you tell us about your roof are submitted to JobTread. Kramer Roofing reads them there and uses them to get back to you about your enquiry.
The “Request a Quote” buttons elsewhere on the site take you to that same JobTread form, on JobTread’s own website.
Links to other companies
The site links to Kramer Roofing’s Google listing, its Google reviews and its Facebook page. Those are ordinary links. Google and Facebook learn nothing about your visit here unless you click one.
Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. As any web host does, Cloudflare handles the information your browser sends with every request — your IP address among it — in order to deliver the pages and keep the site available, and it collects network error reports. That processing is Cloudflare’s, under Cloudflare’s terms rather than these.
Asking about your information
An enquiry stays in JobTread as part of the job record, the same as any other correspondence about a roof. It is not sold, and it is not shared with anyone outside Kramer Roofing.

Changes to this policy
If what the site does changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top changes too.
